Before Your Session
Frantzy Pierre Photography Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Frantzy Pierre Photography.
By booking a session or event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies help ensure a smooth and professional experience for both you and the photographer.
1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session or event date.
Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the session date.
Deposits are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise.
If you reschedule with at least 24-hour notice, the deposit may be applied to a future session (valid for 6 months).
Rescheduling may be allowed once, depending on availability.
2. Session Time & Arrival
Minimum session time is one hour.
Please arrive on time.
If you are late, the session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled.
3. Who Can Attend
Please bring only the people who will be in the photos.
Extra guests can disrupt the session.
Children and pets must be supervised at all times.
4. Outfits
Maximum three outfits per session.
If you want more outfits, please book a longer session.
5. Safety
Your safety is a priority.
Clients must follow the photographer’s guidance to keep the session safe and comfortable.
Unsafe behavior such as running, climbing, or interfering with equipment is not allowed.
If a situation becomes unsafe, the session may be paused or adjusted.
Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, behavior, and safety of their children at all times during the session.
The photographer is not responsible for injuries involving children due to lack of supervision.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations less than 7 days before the session date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations less than 24 hours may also be charged.
No-shows may be charged in full.
In case of illness, extreme weather, or other unexpected events, the photographer may reschedule the session.
7. What to Wear
For best results, choose:
Neutral tones and soft colors
Simple patterns
Coordinated outfits for groups
Avoid large logos, heavy graphics, or distracting text.
Comfort is important—choose outfits that let you move naturally and feel confident.
8. Editing & Delivery
Standard editing includes color correction, lighting adjustments, and basic retouching.
Advanced retouching (body modification or object removal) may have an extra fee.
Final images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–3 weeks after the session.
9. Copyright & Image Use
All images remain the property of Frantzy Pierre Photography.
Clients receive personal use rights for prints and social media.
Images cannot be sold or used commercially without written permission.
The photographer may use selected images for portfolio, website, advertising, and promotions.
10. Liability
The photographer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage during the session.
If data loss or equipment failure occurs, liability is limited to a refund or a rescheduled session.
